Personal Empowerment

Your Personal Path.....

A well defined personal path helps you assess your priorities and review your direction  This exercise will help you view your current life condition and consider if there is something you would like to improve.

Consider each area of your life shown on the wheel and mark the number (on each spoke) representing where you see yourself on a scale of 1 to 10 {1 = terrible, 10 = great} in each of the areas.

After you have marked each area connect your marks.

Notice the pattern?

Is your pattern circular?

Is it erratic?

Does it look like your life is in balance?
Where are the highs and which are lows?

"What qualities helped create these highs and lows?

List your strengths on a separate pieces of paper for each of the areas on your wheel.

Describe in detail how you would like each areas of your life to look in the future. What would you need to do to realize your desire for each area of your life?  Is there anything you can do now to help yourself go the that direction?

You have now gained an overview of each area of your life and in the process defined some of your personal values and personal goals (your personal path).

Ask yourself  "does what I am doing now or want to do compliment my goals, or if you like, your personal path"?

A well defined personal path is a reference point for decisions and personal  relationships

Create a Mission Statement for yourself based on what you have learned
